Athletic Director Cary Groth Violated Her Employment Contract
In March of 2009, the whistleblower decision was remanded on appeal after presentation of evidence of perjury, falsification of evidence, and concealment of documents by Athletic Director Cary Groth, General Counsel Mary Dugan and Attorney Kent Robison.
Yet, despite full knowledge of Groth’s criminal acts (felonies), President Glick rewarded her with a 3-year contract extension in September.
Groth’s contract has moral turpitude and ethical standards clauses (section 4.03.b) that have been ignored by the University President with no regard for the consequence to the university, the athletic program, and the student-athletes.
